Vessel Meats Sausages

Vessel Meats has become known over the last several years for its innovative, interesting, and delicious sausage flavours. Using only the highest quality ingredients with no additives or fillers (GLUTEN FREE!!) you are sure to get juicy, flavourful sausages every time!

We have a very large number of sausage flavours and are consistently adding new ones. Because of this we rotate our flavours from week to week based on local produce availability, special meats we get in, or customer demand. Check out this week's flavours below and if you see one you like stop in to the shop or give us a call! Some flavours sell out quickly and you might not see them again for a while!

How to cook our sausages

Our sausages are very juicy and always made fresh so in order to cook our sausages properly low and slow is the name of the game.

If you're cooking them on the grill they NEED to be cooked with indirect heat. Either move your coals to the side, turn on a burner on one side and place the sausage over the side with a burner off, or put them on the top rack.

If you're cooking indoors your best options are in a pan or in the oven. If cooking in a pan turn your burner on a low setting. 2-3 out of 10 should do it. If cooking in the oven preheat to 375F. Place sausages on a baking sheet, cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for 10 more minutes.

Whichever way you choose just make sure to get that internal temperature to 165F and enjoy!!
